What we do

Luxon provides advertising, reputation, Google visibility, lead-generation, automated dispatch, and lead-response operations for reputation-led businesses. The website describes those services and lets you request a call.

What we guarantee and what we do not

Where a guarantee is offered, it is count-free: qualified leads at the recommended ad-spend budget. The qualification definition, market, budget, and operating requirements are agreed in writing before a campaign begins. If the agreed guarantee is not met under those conditions, we continue working at no additional fee until it is met.

We do not guarantee booked jobs, estimates, revenue, return on investment, or any specific business outcome. Those depend on factors outside our control, including your pricing, close rate, staffing, and market. Case studies shown on the site are specific campaigns and are not typical or guaranteed results; individual results vary.

Advertising spend

Advertising spend paid to platforms is separate from our fees. Guarantees, where offered, apply only at the recommended budget and under the market, qualification, access, and follow-up conditions agreed in writing.

Platform independence

"Meta," "Facebook," "Instagram," "Google," and related platform names are trademarks of their respective owners. Luxon is an independent operator and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those platforms.

Lead forms and routing

If you submit a form on the site, we may route the information through workflow tools such as n8n, Google Sheets, Gmail, Telegram, CRM systems, or SMS providers so we can respond quickly. Form submission does not create a client relationship or paid engagement.

Automated dispatch, text messages, missed-lead alerts, and speed-to-lead workflows are service features when included in a written scope. They are designed to improve response operations, not to guarantee jobs, estimates, revenue, or any specific business outcome.

The content on this site is owned by Luxon and provided for informational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it without permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luxon is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
