Privacy Policy
Last updated July 2026
This policy explains what information Luxon collects when you use luxonmarketing.com or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us: when you book a call, submit a form, or contact us, we collect what you provide. That may include your name, business name, email, phone number, niche, city, and details about your business.
Information collected automatically: basic analytics and ad-attribution data about how the site is used, such as pages viewed, general device or browser type, referral source, and campaign parameters.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to you, prepare for calls, route leads through our workflow, send service-related follow-up where appropriate, deliver services you request, improve the site, and measure whether our marketing is working. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We use trusted third parties to run the site and our business. This can include website hosting, scheduling tools, n8n workflow automation, Google Sheets, Gmail, Telegram alerts, SMS or CRM tools, Google Analytics, and Meta advertising tools. They may process your information only to provide services to us.
Lead routing and messages
When you submit a form, your information may be routed to Luxon or to service providers used for dispatch, alerts, text-message follow-up, and lead-response tracking. Message and data rates may apply if you receive SMS. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
Cookies, analytics, and ad pixels
The site may use cookies or similar technologies for essential functionality, aggregate analytics, and ad measurement. Google Analytics and Meta Pixel load only when their IDs are configured. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
When you submit a form, we may send a lead event with a matching event ID to help measure attribution. Meta Conversion API, if used, is handled through server-side workflow tools and not by exposing Meta tokens in browser code.
Data retention
We keep your information only as long as needed to respond to you, provide services, and meet legal or record-keeping obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing us. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard what you share with us.
Children
This site and our services are intended for business owners and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date above reflects the latest version, and material changes will be posted here.
